ABOUT THE RUM
This rum is often used as a base for cocktails like piña coladas and daiquiris, but it can also be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
Caramelized confectioners' sugar bordering on light butterscotch dominates the nose, followed by hints of guava and grilled pineapple. Molasses notes steal the show with a polished, silky texture.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Towpath Rum
- 1 oz. Pineapple juice
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- Ice
- Lime and pineapple wedge, for garnish
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the rum, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice and simple syrup to the shaker.
3. Shake well until everything is mixed and chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge or pineapple wedge.
6. Serve and enjoy your refreshing Rum Daiquiri!
